dCreator is a self-hosted content creation and social publishing service operated for Aiconic Agency workflows.
When an account is connected, dCreator and its publishing provider may process account identifiers, profile or channel metadata, OAuth authorization tokens, content prepared for publication, publishing receipts, and analytics made available by the connected platform.
Data is used to authenticate connected accounts, prepare and publish content requested by the authorized operator, synchronize publication status, and retrieve supported analytics or engagement data.
Connected services may include Meta/Facebook/Instagram, Threads, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn and X. Their own privacy policies and platform terms govern data they process.
Application credentials and access tokens are stored in access-controlled infrastructure and are not intentionally exposed in public pages or source repositories. Public media needed for social publishing may be stored in Cloudflare R2.
Connection data is retained while an integration is active or as needed for operational records. Connected accounts can be disconnected or revoked. Requests concerning stored personal data can be sent to admin@aiconicagency.com.
You may revoke access from the relevant platform at any time. Where applicable, you may request access, correction or deletion of personal data by contacting us.
